Combining nature with sports is one of the exclusive prerogatives offered in Umbria by the province of Terni. The environment, full of hills, woods, valleys and rivers is ideal for practicing some of the most exclusive sports.

Rafting: down the Nera and near the Marmore Falls.
Canoeing: along the Nera, in the Piediluco and Corbara lakes.
Canyoning: along the Nera and the Prodo gorge.
Free climbing and rock climbing school: in Arrone and Ferentillo.
Speleology: in Cesi, at the Marmore Falls, in the Caves of Titignano and of Parrano.
Bird-watching: in the Alviano sanctuary and in Val di Serra.
Horse riding: this is the sport which is most popular in Narni. Along the paths across the woods which lead to the highest peaks of the territory. There are a number of riding schools in the area that organize excursions and provide all the necessary equipment.

And also: trekking, hikes on foot, on horseback or on mountain bikes across the entire territory with a choice of marked and mapped paths as well as sites of naturalistic, historical and archaeological interest.
